We have had the pleasure of working with a range of clients within the gas industry and have been involved in various projects. Our goal is always to deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs and expectations, regardless of the size or complexity of the project.

On this page, you can find a selection of the projects we’ve been part of. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to these tasks and for the collaboration we’ve had with our clients.

Supporting Denmark’s CO₂ Reduction Goals

In response to the growing need to reduce CO₂ emissions, Denmark’s largest CO₂ emitter, Aalborg Portland, has partnered with the Danish gas supplier Evida to transition from coal-fired production to natural gas and biogas.

As part of this project, we constructed an M/R-station capable of delivering 60,000 Nm³/h of natural and biogas. The station features two parallel strings, each with a capacity of 60,000 Nm³/h, providing 100% redundancy. To handle this significant gas flow, we delivered custom designed gas preheaters specifically designed to meet the station’s requirements.

In addition, we oversaw the construction of the building that houses the gas skid, as well as a boiler room and an electrical room.

Fynsværket Energy Transformation Project

In 2021, we partnered with Burmeister Wain: Scandinavian Contractor (BWSC) on a pivotal project at Fynsværket, a combined heat and power plant in Denmark. The objective was to support Fynsværket’s shift from coal to cleaner natural and biogas sources.

To meet the plant’s demand for continuous high-capacity energy production, we engineered and delivered 12 custom-designed gas valve train skids, each rated for a gas flow of 4,000 Nm³/h. These systems were uniquely configured for a compact, three-layer gallery installation, optimizing space while ensuring reliability and efficiency.

Expanding Denmark's Renewable Energy Leadership

Denmark is a global leader in utilizing waste materials for biogas production, and the Fangel biogas plant is a shining example. Located in Fangel, this facility converts manure from nearby farms and waste from local food industries into renewable energy, supporting both sustainability and waste reduction.

As the demand for biogas grows, the Fangel biogas plant recently expanded its operations with the addition of a new injection station. This upgrade was implemented using a turnkey solution housed in a 20-foot shipping container. The pre-assembled system was built in our workshop and designed for fast and easy installation. Once placed on concrete pads, only the connection of electrical components and external piping is required to make it operational.

Pioneering Hydrogen Distribution

At our company, staying at the forefront of innovation is a core value. This commitment was evident in our collaboration with Evida Service A/S, the Danish gas supplier, to deliver Denmark’s first hydrogen stations for distribution testing.

Our team designed and constructed an M/R-station and an injection station for the GreenLab circular industrial park in Skive, Denmark.

These stations are integral to an experimental ecosystem exploring the future of hydrogen distribution.

The M/R-station receives hydrogen directly from the on-site electrolyzer plant, where the gas is analyzed for quality assurance. Once approved, the hydrogen flows to the injection station, which reduces the pressure and delivers it to consumers.

Analysis Setup

As part of the hydrogen distribution experiment at GreenLab Skive, we delivered a complete analysis setup designed to measure the gas composition and dew point of the produced hydrogen.

This setup includes:

  • A gas chromatograph for detailed analysis of hydrogen composition.
  • A dew point meter to monitor moisture levels.
  • A thermal conductivity transmitter for precise measurement of gas properties.

To ensure consistent performance and reliability, all equipment is housed within an insulated cabinet, providing protection and maintaining stable conditions for these highly sensitive instruments.
